SoundEye is a fall detection technology startup monitoring falls among Singapore’s ageing population in settings such as beds, wheelchairs and other facilities, requires constant monitoring and support, impacting a resident's privacy and quality of life. As part of Synapxe’s HealthX Network, SoundEye participated in the HealthX Call-For-Innovation, was shortlisted as one of the startups to pitch at the inaugural HealthX Startup Day organised by Synapxe, and eventually emerged as Selected Partner by Singapore Christian Home (SCH) project sponsor.
The SoundEye mobile LASSO solution, developed in collaboration with Singapore Christian Home (SCH) through Synapxe’s HealthX Startup Day 2023, addresses these challenges. LASSO’s innovative mobile design allows it to switch between bed and chair settings seamlessly and easily. It enhances current processes of continuous monitoring, ensuring only residents who need close surveillance are monitored.
